Cast your vote: Who would be Southwest Florida’s Volleyball Player of the Year if the season concluded today?

As we approach playoff time of the highschool volleyball season, several players have stood out from the remaining. At the tip of the season, The News-Press and the Naples Each day News will select a Volleyball Player of the 12 months for Southwest Florida. Nonetheless, if the season were to finish today, who do you choose because the Player of the 12 months? Let’s put it to a vote. Voting ends at noon on Friday.

Player of the 12 months Nominees:

Kate Drasba, Gulf Coast – The senior has made an actual impact this season, posting 205 kills, 189 digs, and 36 aces for the Sharks, who’re 15-6 in 2023.

Brooke Spurgeon, Seacrest Country Day – The Nova Southeastern commit continues to do all the things for the Stingrays, posting 176 kills, a .325 hitting percentage, 32 aces, 116 digs, and 15 blocks.

Olivia Znotens, Riverdale – Znotens continues to be an issue in Lee County, leading the county with 351 kills while adding 5.5 kills per set, a .299 hitting percentage, 196 digs, 20 blocks, and 13 aces to assist Riverdale to an 11-9 record to date.
