Designer-furnished model residences paint a vivid portrait of the life-style residents at the moment are having fun with in Grandview at Bay Beach, London Bay Development’s latest 11-story residential tower on Estero Island.

At Grandview, life revolves around panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, the rhythm of sunrise and sunset, and the infinite possibilities for residents to experience the most effective of Southwest Florida’s coveted indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Featuring interiors created by Romanza Interior Design and Clive Daniel Home, three model residences elevate inspiration, ideas, and interpretation of recent coastal design informed by Grandview’s desirable location, just a brief stroll to the island’s acclaimed beaches.

Highlighting third-floor vistas and the spaciousness of the tower’s three- and four-bedroom luxury residences, the models range from 2,400 to over 2,900 square feet under air, three full bathrooms, powder rooms, dens, and screened and open-air terraces.

Classic coastal design is updated in black and white accented with soft watercolor hues, seagrass, and raffia textures in Romanza Interior Design’s four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Residence 303 model.

Romanza’s two models, designed by Jennifer Stevens, also reflect attainable luxury, opportunities for buyers to duplicate their favorite looks, and Grandview’s universal appeal to millennial buyers, seasonal residents, families, and retirees.

“We were very intentional in appealing to our traditional clients in addition to younger and value-minded buyers,” said Stevens. “We desired to showcase beautiful interior design using furniture and fabric lines for example how we may also help buyers with similar furniture packages for his or her Grandview home.”

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Residence 303 model updates classic black-and-white with pops of aquatic blue and soft green accents referencing the shifting shades of the Gulf and the colour of mangroves.

Woven furniture, textural wallpaper emulating seagrass, the white coral-shaped base of the dining room table, and the master bath’s Capiz shell chandelier also impart a seaside ambiance throughout the residence’s 2,767 square feet.

The main bedroom of Grandview’s Residence 301 model provides a serene retreat in a personal wing rendered in white and watercolor blues with stunning views of Estero Bay.

Architectural ceilings define luxury with clean-lined contemporary silhouettes, including a multi-step above the good room, weathered wood inlays and beams within the kitchen, and the drama of the dining room’s dropped ceiling.

A table and 6 woven armchairs on the screened terrace provide an inviting space for alfresco dining and water views. The model’s bedrooms feature serene hues and water views.

Soft blue, white, and watercolors create a restful aesthetic within the elegant main bedroom, which offers dual walk-in closets and a well-appointed bathroom with two underlit floating vanities and a walk-in glass shower.

Romanza’s relaxed modern design for the Residence 302 model also echoes the colours and textures of nature. Blue backgrounds provide a canvas for white, gold, jeweled emerald and sapphire, wealthy wood tones, and acrylic, glass, and metallic surfaces.

Furniture and accents mix organic shapes and sleek contemporary forms – from the dappled patterns of wallcoverings and fabrics mimicking the mesmerizing interplay of sunshine on water to curvilinear stools on the kitchen island and the angles of the dining room’s cantilevered table.

Hardwood flooring and a big sectional sofa in the good room emphasize the openness and spaciousness of the three-bedroom, three-bath residence’s 2,414 square feet. The adjoining terrace is envisioned as an extension of interior spaces and a destination for cocktails, conversations, and prime views.

The stunning master suite is accented with illuminating jewel tones, its luxurious bathroom embraces eye-catching patterns in wallcovering and the countertop of a dual-sink uplit vanity. The suite also offers two walk-in closets.

The model’s two guestrooms have private baths and walk-in closets.

Residence 301, a model with three bedrooms, three full baths, a den, and a powder room by Clive Daniel designers Jean Losier and Sherie Weidner, reflects elevated transitional interior design with a nod to contemporary.

Representing Grandview’s largest floor plan with 2,923 square feet, the corner unit encompasses a seaside palette of watery blues complemented with cobalt, gray, and the sand-colored hues of nearby beaches.

“The design reflects the incredible views, the wealthy textures of the mangroves, and the changing color of water from sea spray to icy blues,” said Losier. “The residence is full of beautiful natural light and caters to Florida’s desirable outdoor lifestyle with a screened terrace from the good room.”

The model features custom wall and ceiling treatments and hardwood flooring. The den is realized as a study with built-in cabinetry on either side of a settee that converts to a bed.

The main bedroom exudes tranquility with soft blues, grays, and metallics, and white finishes in the toilet, which offers an prolonged underlit vanity with two sinks. The model’s two guestrooms feature walk-in closets and personal bathrooms.

Grandview offers private on-site amenities and 58 luxury residences ranging from the $1 million. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view the three designer furnished models, call 239-449-1600 or visit GrandviewBayBeach.com.
