Latest chef in Naples

Sails Restaurant‘s latest Chef de Cuisine is Rajkumar Holuss. The menu stays the identical with a number of latest additions including gluten-free gnocchi. Following his work for Ducasse, chunk of Holuss’s profession was spent cheffing for the esteemed Roux family‘s multi-Michelin-starred properties in London and its posh suburbs including Le Gavroche, The Waterside Inn and Skindles. Veterans Day deals on Nov. 11

The Hangout by Two Guys honors heroes with complimentary chicken Parm and a salad from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Also included: one free soda, beer, wine or cocktail. Owners and brothers Peter and Larry Falisi will donate 50% of Veterans Day sales to Warrior Homes of Collier, an area nonprofit specializing in veterans’ homelessness and housing.
