A pair of eagerly anticipated openings took place prior to now week. The Turtle Club reopened Monday at Vanderbilt Beach Resort, and Lake Park Diner opened the previous Friday in a North Naples location.

Probably the most popular spots to dine and savor a spectacular gulf-front sunset — not to say pop the query or rejoice another big day — The Turtle Club was on the front line when Hurricane Ian struck in September 2022. It sustained heavy damage after having just been remodeled. Like all the realm’s restoration, it required materials and expert people, and the method took time. But that’s over now. What began as Smith Organics, a food truck dedicated to health and sustainability, has grown over seven years into two full-fledged diners. Lake Park Diner opened its recent Founders Square location per week ago. Generally known as “the diner with a conscience,” a North Naples option is now featuring the identical chef-driven menu as the unique at 944 Seventh Ave. North, including hearty salads, signature shakes and craft cocktails. The brand new location incorporates the retro-modern design of the unique, an indoor/ outdoor bar and a pet-friendly patio.
