On April 8, 2023, Cape Coral police stated that a person driving a Chevy Suburban to Cape Coral Hospital dropped off an unresponsive man with a major head injury.

Olivo then made his escape.

A second witness transported him to the hospital and noted that the person never regained consciousness, but clenched his hands and emitted moans.

He shared a press release regarding finding the person unresponsive and departed the hospital before an officer arrived.

Sadly, the victim passed away on the hospital.

Since his arrest on April 13, 2023, Olivo has been held in custody on a $100,000 bond.
